1. Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has sent us two
submissions on their delegation to the UNGA but has not
provided detailed travel itineraries. Post provides
information in para 2 as requested reftel.

2. BEGIN TEXT OF RGC DELEGATION:

A. Attendance of the Head of State. No plans to attend UNGA.

B. Attendance of the Head of Government. No plans to attend
UNGA.

C. Attendance of the Foreign Minister.

-- His Excellency Mr. HOR, Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister and
Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation

-- The Foreign Minister will be present for the General
Debate as head of the RGC delegation.

-- LokChamteou Mrs. HOR, Bory, spouse (she will travel to New
York; title is an honorific for women of rank).

-- No interpretation required.

D. Attendance of other host country VIPs. No plans to attend
UNGA.

E. Attendance of Foreign Ministry officials responsible for
IO affairs or other officials.
