about Positronic Asia.

3. (SBU) Howard Rupert, Positronic Asia's Regional Manager,
confirmed Jupitor Corporation's order for the Patriot Missile
components listed ref A. Positronic Asia was involved in
this transaction as the company's regional headquarters,
Rupert said. Positronic specializes in connectors, which the
company has been importing and selling in Asia since 1995.
Rupert said that he was very familiar with U.S. Munitions
List restrictions.
