We delivered reftel points and draft agenda to Martynas
Lukosevicius, attache in the MFA's Arms Control,
Non-Proliferation, and Disarmament Division, on August 25.
He said he would share the draft agenda with the Ministry of
Economy, which may send a small delegation. Staff from
Lithuania's mission in Vienna plan to attend, whether or not
an MOE group attends.
