1. On September 26, PolOff met with Viviana Tinoco, Director
of the Human Rights and Multilateral Policies Section of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) to deliver a copy of the
draft resolution and verbally convey reftel talking points.

2. Ms Tinoco affirmed GOCR's support and said she would
forward the text to the Costa Rican mission in New York.
