Civair Officer delivered the reftel U.S. ICAO position to Messrs.
Marcelo Cesa and Alejandro Casiro, in the Government of Argentina
(GOA) Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Office of North American Affairs.
According to Messrs. Cesa and Casiro, the GOA has not yet
formulated its position with respect to candidacies they will
support. We will continue to seek any GOA feedback prior to the
18-28 September ICAO Assembly.
