1. (U) Post has engaged with the Government of Bangladesh to
solicit nominations for the official Bangladesh delegation to
the Washington International Renewable Energy Conference
(WIREC 2008).
2. Through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we are likely to
invite the Caretaker Government Advisors overseeing the
Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Energy, and Environment, and
respective Secretariate representatives.
3. Post will provide names of designated delegates as soon as
they are identified by the GOB.
