1. (U) Political officer delivered demarche and fact sheet on
Iranian sanctions to Andrew Bangali, Acting Director General,
at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on October 26. Bangali
said that the information would be provided to the Sierra
Leone National Security Council and passed on to the Central
Bank and finance officials.
