Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Luis Carranza, Director
of Multilateral Policy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
urging Guatemala to abstain on the annual Cuba embargo
resolution. Carranza indicated that Guatemala will vote in
favor of the resolution, as it has every year at UNGA.
