1. This cable amends list in paragraph 3 of MX05497. Please delete
DIEGO GUADALUPE RUIZ ROBLES, DOB 12 Dec 1970 and MARTIN GUTIERREZ
OLVERA, DOB: 25 Jul 1963 from the list. The amended list is
reflected in paragraph 3 of this cable to include: 1) JOSE LUIS
CHINO HUITZIL, DOB 22 OCT 1969; AND 2) ARMANDO MORALES ORTEGA, DOB 7
FEB 1970.

2. Action request. Post requests an expedited response to this
Leahy vetting request from ODC, on Curso de Forense Digital, October
26, 2007. Post appreciates receiving a response on or before
October 25, 2007, but no later than 10 business days per WHA/MEX
guidelines.

2. Post possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human
rights by the individuals listed below. Post requests that the
department conduct Leahy vetting check.
