1. (U) We delivered reftel invitation for Government of
Singapore representatives to attend the upcoming
MultiNational Force - Iraq (MNF-I) Coalition Conference in
Bahrain to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs October 5. The
MFA advised today that a representative of the Ministry of
Defense will attend the October 29-31 Conference. However,
the MFA regrets that it will not send a representative.
