Head of the Americas Desk at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Khachab responded that the GOL is sending the Lebanese
Ambassador to Senegal, Michel Haddad, to attend the subject
meeting November 14-17 in Bamako. He explained that the
current political stalemate in Lebanon prevented the GOL from
sending anyone at the ministerial level.
