2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the name of one Afghan National selected for
Advance Security Studies at the Marshall Center in Garmisch,
Germany. Post possesses no derogatory information on this
individual. Post requests Department's review of this candidate by
November 15, 2007.
