2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names and biodata of ten Afghan Nationals
selected for training at the Defense Language Institute. Post
possesses no derogatory information on these individuals. Post
requests Department's review of these candidates by December 30,
2007.
