1. (U) Embassy has contacted reftel end user, Delegation General
pour l'Armement - Etablissment d'Experimentation Technique de
Bourges (DGA-ETBS, i.e., Ministry of Defense Procurement Agency
Technical Testing Center) at Bourges, France. Technical Procurement
Specialist for Sensors Patrick Chantelat confirmed the DGA-ETBS
order of three piezoresistive accelerometers produced by Endevco
(part number 7270A-200K). He stated that they would be used by the
MinDef Testing Center at Bourges for ballistic tests on components
in military armored vehicles equipped with a BOBKAT assembly.

2. DGA-ETBS at Bourges is favorably known to Embassy ODC.
