We delivered reftel demarche points to MFA deputy office
director for European affairs Gergana Karadjova on November
16. Karadjova accepted the points without substantive
comment and promised to deliver them to Foreign Minister
Kalfin, who was leading the delegation. She noted that the
ministers of defense and development would also participate
in the delegation.
