(U) Post delivered reftel talking points on October 25 to
Mr. Aivo Lind, Chief of the Maritime and Aviation
Department of the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs
and Communication. Mr. Lind responded that Estonia will
support the U.S. candidacy for re-election to the council
in category "A" at the 25th IMO Assembly in London
November 19-30.
