Pol/Econ Chief delivered reftel points and unclassified NIE summary to Nizar Radhi of the MFA's Bilateral Relations Directorate on December 4. DCM followed up on December 5 with MFA Undersecretary Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Mubarak Al-Khalifa, who said that the Foreign Minister had asked a team of GOB officials to review the report and discuss it with him.
