1. A/Political Counselor delivered reftel "false end use
watchlist" for evaluation of export license applications to
Iran to MFA senior non-proliferation officer Dionyssios
Kyvetos on December 12. Kyvetos had no substantive response,
but termed the list "very helpful" and said he would share it
immediately with relevant Greek entities reviewing export
license applications and/or regulating trade with Iran.
