1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.

2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names and biodata of two Afghan Nationals
selected for training at the Near-East South Asia Seminar. Post
possesses no derogatory information on these individuals. Post
requests Department's review of these candidates by December 17,
2007.
