1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.

2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names and biodata of ten (10) Afghan
Nationals selected to participate in the Presidential Protective
Service Intel Familiarization Course offered by the U.S. Department
of State Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program (ATA). Post possesses no
derogatory information on these individuals. Post requests
Department's review of these candidates by December 21, 2007.
