PROGRAM ON TERRORISM & SECURITY STUDIES

1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.

2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names of three Afghan nationals selected for
studies in terrorism and security at the Marshall Center in
Garmisch, Germany. Post possesses no derogatory information on
these individuals. Post requests Department's review of these
candidates by November 15, 2007.
