1. We delivered reftel demarche to MFA Middle East and North
Africa Counselor Timur Zabirov. Zabirov said that the GOR
appreciated the importance of the Paris donors conference and
Foreign Minister Lavrov would head the Russian delegation.
He could not provide information on the level of Russian
support for the Palestinian Authority that would be announced
at the conference.
