Ref was discussed with Andrej Dogan at the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and European Integration - Department of the
United Nations on 17 December 2007. Dogan expected no change
in the GOC's vote on the resolution concerning the Durban
Review Conference. Per ref, Croatia voted against the
resolution. He also indicated Croatia will be present for
the vote in the Plenary.
