Sraphin Ngwej, Ambassador-at-Large at the Presidency, confirmed
that Foreign Minister Mbusa Nyamwisi will lead the Congolese
delegation to the AU summit. Ngweg said Mbusa had arrived in Addis
Ababa January 29.
