Diplomatic Note on November 28 to the Foreign Secretariat's
(SRE's) Deputy Director General for UN-Related Security and
Legal Issues Julian Juarez Cardenas. Juarez said he would
pass information regarding the candidacy of Pierre-Richard
Prosper for re-election to a seat on the United Nations
Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination to
Mexico's UN delegation.
