1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.

2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names and biodata of two (2) Afghan
Nationals selected for training at the Command and Staff College.
Post possesses no derogatory information on these individuals. Post
requests Department's review of these candidates by February 29,
2008.
