Post has learned that Luxembourg's formal recognition of
Kosovo's independence will occur on 21 February. Prime
Minister Juncker and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will
address a letter to PM Thaci and President Sejdiu, informing
Pristina of the Grand Duchy's recognition. A visiting German
delegation to Kosovo will present the letter to Pristina on
Luxembourg's behalf.
