1. (U) Per reftel, Post delivered the demarche to Juliette
Redman, representative of the International Organizations
Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on February 26.
Redman had no immediate comment, but said she would contact
Rosita Hubard, head of the International Organizations
Division, and the Government of Suriname mission in New York
about the matter.
