(SBU) On March 6 the Ambassador made reftel points to
Timor-Leste Foreign Minister Zacarias Albano da Costa.
Ambassador also provided copies of Security Council Resolution
1803 and its annexes. The Foreign Minister said he would review
and implement appropriately.
