2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names and biodata of four (4) Afghan
Nationals selected to attend training at the Marshall Center. Post
possesses no derggatory information on these individuals. Post
requests Department's review of these candidates by March 31, 2008.
