SUBJECT: NICARAGUA: HUMAN RIGHTS INDIVIDUAL VETTING REQUEST FOR U.S.-SPONSORED TRAINING: USMLGP, CFAC GENERAL STAFF COURSE

1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals, who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.

2. The following individuals will attend the CFAC General
Staff Course in Creompaz, Guatemala from April 3 to 30, 2008.
The names are listed surname first:
