1. (SBU) We presented reftel non-paper, along with copies of
UNSCR 1803 and the P5 1 Foreign Minister's statement, to Asim
Dorovic, advisor to Foreign Minister Alkalaj. Dorovic had no
immediate response, but pledged to convey the documents to FM
Alkalaj and other senior MFA officials. He stated that the
MFA would coordinate with the USG if any questions arose
related to Bosnia's obligations under UNSCR 1803.
