The following Nigerian candidate has been identified to
attend the Advanced Management Training at ILEA in Roswell, New
Mexico, from June 2-26, 2008. Candidate information was not included
in earlier cable.

Position/Rank: Superintendent of Narcotics

2. The Department has checked its files and finds it holds no
credible information regarding gross abuse of human rights on the
part of this individual. Embassy Abuja is therefore authorized to
report this information to appropriate officials in the following
language: "Embassy reports that, as of this date, the Department of
State has no credible information regarding gross abuse of human
rights on the part of Okojie Little-John Ehi, Ajanaku Adekunle
Abiodun, Adegbite Olaolu Adebowale; Madu Emmanuel Nnamdi, Chikan
Elisha David; Nnamani Nwabueze, Shuiabu A.B, Ezeabata Ngozi
Geraldine, Yunana Ayuba Dickson, Sambari Diock Yohanna, Ehizibolo
Irene Omoye, Udoh Nsikaka-Abasi Etim and Obi Josephine Ruth who
will attend the Advanced Management Training in Roswell, New Mexico,
from June 2-26, 2008."

3. If at any time Embassy becomes aware of any information regarding
incidents that could be deemed to be credible information of gross
violation of human rights by any personnel involved in this
training, Embassy should so inform the Department.

4. Medical Clearance: All participants have obtained medical
clearance. Documents will be faxed to department.
