1. On April 25, Post delivered all points in reftel to Vice
Minister for Multilateral Affairs Adriana Mejia-Hernandez and
separately to MFA Director for U.S. and Canadian Affairs
Patricia Cortes. Cortes thanked us for the information and
stated the GOC would review the papers. We will continue to
follow-up with the GOC on this issue.
