Poloff delivered reftel demarche on April 25 to the Ministry
of Exterior Relations UN Division Secretary Ricardo Martins
Rizzo. Rizzo said that he would share the non-paper with the
Human Rights Division and that any further comment would come
from there. Poloff contacted that division and a response is
pending.
