We delivered reftel talking points to Gheorghe Leuca, the head of
the UN and Specialized Agencies Division at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and European Integration. Mr. Leuca noted that his
government supports the prohibition of travel by designated Iranian
proliferators, and will put individuals designated under UNSCR's
1737, 1747, and 1803 on the appropriate lists.
