2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names of two (2) Afghan government officials
selected to attend language and rotary wing training. Post
possesses no derogatory information on these individuals. Post
requests the Department's review of these candidates by May 02,
2008.
