(SBU) We delivered reftel points as a nonpaper, along with
the photographs of Iranian President Ahmadinejad's recent
visit to Natanz, to MFA Department Head for Disarmament and
Nonproliferation Elif Ulgen on May 20. Ulgen expressed
appreciation for the information on critical commodities.
Ulgen pledged to review the points and forward them to
relevant Turkish agencies.
