(SBU) In response to reftel request, on May 3, Major Hamed
Said Saif al-Qasmi of the Royal Air Force of Oman confirmed
reftel order to the Office of Military Cooperation. Major
al-Qasmi noted that his organization had received the part in
July 2007.
