1. The Embassy has exchanged a diplomatic note with attachment with
the GOJ and received GOJ DNS-IN for the following case: 797.

U.S. note and attachment for above case was given to MOFA in final
form on:
- March 27, 2008

The corresponding GOJ note number for the case is:
-1672/DNS-IN

2. The text of the GOJ note is exactly the same as previously used
standard text, ref A, except for the specification of number and
date above.

3. A certified copy of the U.S. note and attachment, and original of
the GOJ DNS-IN number, will be pouched to the Department (ISN/NESS -
Robin DeLaBarre) on May 21, 2008 under registry no. 3964074.
