(SBU) Embassy received diplomatic note from the Argentine MFA
requesting USG support for the candidacy of Fabian Omar Salvioli to
the UN Human Rights Committee. Embassy will pouch to WHA/BSC the
background information on Salvioli provided by the MFA. Embassy
requests Department's guidance for responding to GOA's request.
