on the topic of sexual violence in situations of armed conflict with
MFA Asia International Organizations Department Desk Officer Phan Ho
The Nam. Nam said he had just received a copy of the draft
resolution from Vietnam's Mission in New York a few hours earlier.
He added that he would pass the information about the Secretary's
involvement in the upcoming Council debate to MFA leadership.
