1. (SBU) On June 18, emboffs delivered reftel demarche to Mr. Paul
Chiunguzeni, Director of Political Affairs at the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. Chiunguzeni promised to follow-up with their UN
Mission in New York, and said that the Deputy Permanent
Representation would likely attend, as the Permanent Representative
was possibly still traveling back to New York from Malawi.
