1. Spanish MFA Deputy Director General for the Middle East
Alberto Ucelay expressed appreciation for receiving a copy of
the invitation conveyed through CENTCOM representatives and
said that Spain would like to send a representative to the
conference, but was determining how to arrange a complicated
schedule at that time. To date, they have not finalized
plans for attending the conference.
