SUBJECT: NICARAGUA: HUMAN RIGHTS INDIVIDUAL VETTING REQUEST FOR U.S.-SPONSORED TRAINING: USMLGP, INTERAGENCY COORDINATING AND COMBATING TERRORISM IN WASHINGTON D.C.

1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individual, who has been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.

2. The following individual will attend the Interagency
Coordinating and Combating Terrorism course in Washington
D.C. from June 17 to July 7, 2008. The name is listed with
the surname first:
