1. (U) This is Embassy Damascus' response to the action
requests from reftel in regards to attendance of SARG
delegation to 63rd UNGA meetings.

2. (U) The Head of State Bashar Al Asad does not plan to
attend at this time.

3. (U) Head Of Government PM Otri does not plan to attend.

4. (U) FM Muallim is planning to head the Syrian delegation.
