1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals, who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.

2. The following individuals will attend the CFAC Preventive
Logistics and Finance Course in Coban, Guatemala from July
17-30, 2008. The names are listed with the surname first:
