SUBJECT: NICARAGUA: HUMAN RIGHTS INDIVIDUAL VETTING REQUEST FOR U.S.-SPONSORED TRAINING: DRUG PRECURSOR TRAINING IN MEXICO CITY

1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals, who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.

2. The following individuals will attend Drug Precursor
Training in Mexico City, Mexico from July 23-28, 2008. The
names are listed with the surname first:
