(U) On July 21, POLOFF delivered reftel demarche to Neusa
Marques, Legal Advisor to the Director General of External
Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, asking the
government to take note of its content and act accordingly.
Marques promised to pass the demarche on to her
Director-General, Jose Luis Rocha, in order to act on the
request.
