Post had delivered reftel demarche points to the MFA's Office
for Human Rights Affairs on July 3. Due to turnover at
Post,as well as staff changes at MFA, the message fell
through the cracks. We redelivered points July 17 and spoke
with Gerardo Arteaga, action officer on this issue at MFA.
Arteaga thanked Post for points, said they have been
communicated to Chile's UN mission, and that Chile will
participate in the event decribed reftel.
